Beginning in the fall of 2020, it is possible that they will not be subject to the tuition costs that are typically assessed to students from other countries. There will be scholarship opportunities available for the following terms: winter 2022, summer 2022, fall 2022, and winter 2023.
The Exemption Scholarship offered by the Université de Montréal in Canada, allows students to start enrolling in master’s, undergraduate, and doctoral degree programs in the year 2022.

As an international student, you are being offered assistance in the form of a full waiver of the additional tuition fees that are typically charged to international students. This is being done in order to support you in your graduate studies.
You are eligible to pay the same amount for tuition as graduate students in Québec thanks to this exemption bursary.
The total cost of your education will be $21,038.13. This comes out to $7,012.71 per session over the course of three academic years. This cost is subtracted from the total annual tuition of $25,125.93 (45 credits).
Students will have to pay the same amount of tuition for the writing and correcting sessions as those of students in Quebec.
Inquiry Results in 3 categories
The only thing that will be taken into consideration when determining how much the scholarship is worth is the quality of your academic record. The transcripts that were turned in as part of the application for admission serve as the basis for this evaluation. The results of the inquiry can be broken down into three distinct categories.
Level A: $12,465.60 for the entire year (two sessions, or 30 credits). Or $6,232.80 per session (for a total of 15 credits), or $415.52 per credit.
Level B: $5,940.90 a year (two sessions), for a total of 30 credits. Or $2,970.45 per session (for a total of 15 credits), or $198.03 per credit.
Level C is $2,078.10 for the entire year (two sessions, or 30 credits), $1,039.05 for each session (for a total of 15 credits), or $69.27 for each credit individually.
Students who are enrolled in a certificate, major, minor, short program, or preparatory year program for university studies are eligible to get the level C award automatically.
The annual tuition costs amount to $24,607.80, which is covered by these grants (30 credits).
Programs for Graduate Students – Masters
To assist you in completing your graduate studies, a scholarship that provides a partial exemption from the additional tuition fees that are typically levied on international students has been made available to you.
$3, 262,650 per session (equal to 15 credits) or $9,787,95 per annual session (3 sessions, equivalent to 45 credits)
This sum will be deducted from the total annual tuition cost of $27,992.70. (45 credits).
The tuition fees for the writing and revision sessions will be the same as those that are charged to students in the province of Québec.

- Those who are permitted to study in Canada but do not have permanent residency or citizenship.
- Individuals who will devote the majority of their waking hours to a study program for the duration of their academic career.
- Individuals who would not benefit from a different type of tuition fee exemption provided by a different policy or measure.
- In France and Belgium, students who speak French are already eligible for this kind of exemption from the requirement.

Procedure for Making an Application:
- Complete an application form to be considered for admission.
